SHIPPING POLICY

All shipments are being shipped from our main store at location: No.307, Jalan Ong Kim Wee, 75300 Melaka, to both West Malaysia and East Malaysia.
Shipping service is provided by City-Link Express.
We do not offer cash on delivery and we do not deliver to P.O boxes. Orders will be processed and shipped once payment being made.
INTERNATIONAL: We do not ship products to any other destination out of Malaysia.

SHIPMENT COST:

We offer standard shipping for all orders made in our store.
We use flat-rate shipping of RM 15.00 for orders ship to West Malaysia and RM 80.00 for orders ship to East Malaysia, you will never be charged more than the amount stated on your order confirmation.

SHIPPING TIME:

WITHIN 3 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS
Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding Malaysia National holidays).
For in-stock products, your order should be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days after order verification and credit approval. Please allow more days for deliveries to remote areas including Sabah and Sarawak.
Delivery days are excluding Malaysian National & state holidays.
For products need to call for availability status, it might require longer period to order, please contact us at 06-2841996 or email online@ncs.com.my to confirm the exact shipping time before you make any purchase on these items.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

Tracking numbers are assigned to packages when they ship. Once they’ve shipped, you’ll receive an email which includes a tracking number along with your order information.
City-Link tracking information will be provided for items shipped. Note that a shipping company may not have the ability to track a shipment for up to 48 business hours after your initial order is placed.

TRACKING & ORDER STATUS
You can access to the order status via the Shipment Confirmation email.
Sign in through the My Account section and select Order Status/Tracking. You may view information about your most recent orders (including tracking information) as well as past orders.

ITEM AVAILABILITY
For in-stock items, your order should ship within 3 to 5 business days after order verification and credit approval.
For products require special order, please contact us at 06-2841996 or email online@ncs.com.my for the stock availability before you can make a purchase on these items.
We do everything we can to fill your order completely. However, there are rare instances when something that was ordered may no longer be available. If this happens, we shall let you know via email. The unavailable item shall be removed from your order, and you won’t be charged.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return and refund are NOT APPLICABLE for products purchased from our online store www.ncs.com.my, except for the reasons clearly stated in this policy.

RETURN CONDITIONS

In order for a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:

a. If the product has been delivered in a damaged or defective condition; or
b. If the product is out of date or expired; or
c. If the wrong product which is different from the order is delivered.

If any of the above situations happen, please contact us IMMEDIATELY at 06-2841996 or email online@ncs.com.my UPON RECEIVED, request for return will NO LONGER APPLICABLE AFTER 24 HOURS from the time product being received.

Please note that WE WILL NOT ACCEPT any product sent back to us before product return request is proven valid and in agreement.

The return of a product does not automatically warrant for a refund. We will inspect the returned products upon receipt of the same. If the conditions for return request stated in this Return and Refund Policy have been fulfilled, refund will be made, and we will reimburse the courier charges for returning of the products to us provided always that the courier payment slip is furnished to us upon seeking refund.

The customer shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the product to be returned until it reaches us at our main store (No.307, Jalan Ong Kim Wee, 75300 Melaka). We will not be liable for any loss or damage to the product prior to the product is received by us.

Complete product (100% same with what being received, this includes the product itself, all bundle accessories, packaging, free gifts, and etc.) needed to be shipped back for the return, any loss items will affect return validity and refund amount. The customers are advised to pack safely the Product to prevent any loss or damage to the Product or its box or its original packaging.

REFUND CONDITIONS

In order for a refund to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:

a. If the return request is valid and being accepted; or
b. If a product which was ordered and invoiced is not included in the delivery.

All refunds will be made via the same mode of payment within 2 months and depending on the appointed bank refund policy in which your receipt of the refund will depend on the period of time your financial institution takes to finalise the refund. We shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense that you or any person may incur as a result of any delay in your financial institution processing the said refund.

If any product which was not included in the order is delivered, we shall collect the item back.
